This June, P373R proudly recognizes Immigrant Heritage Month and celebrates the countless cultures, languages, traditions, and stories that enrich our school community.

We honor the courage, determination, and contributions of immigrants and their families whose journeys have helped shape New York City and our nation. Our diversity is one of our greatest strengths, and we are proud to celebrate the many backgrounds that make P373R such a special place to learn and grow.

💙🐬 A Legacy That Lives On 💙🐬

On May 1, P373R was honored to receive the first-ever Rory DeCristoforo Legacy Grant from the Silver Lake Kiwanis Club of Staten Island. Through this generous $5,000 award, Rory's legacy will continue to make a lasting impact on the students of P373R.

Rory was a cherished member of the P373R community, and we are proud to honor her memory by creating a sensory pathway in the very hallways where she learned, grew, and was part of our school family. This special addition will provide opportunities for movement, regulation, and engagement for generations of students to come.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Silver Lake Kiwanis Club for honoring Rory's memory and supporting our students in such a meaningful way. We know Rory would be proud to see her legacy continue to inspire and support others every day.

💙🐬 Celebrating Parent Leadership at P373R! 🐬💙

At our School Leadership Team (SLT) meeting on May 19th, we were proud to recognize our dedicated PTA President, Yolanda Solomon, as the recipient of the Parent Leadership Award, presented by Principal Ms. Christine Hoffman.

Mrs. Solomon's unwavering commitment, advocacy, and partnership have made a lasting impact on our school community. Her leadership helps strengthen the connection between home and school, ensuring that the voices of our families are heard and valued.
