The “Dancing Little Figure” often appears in the works of Paul Klee, characterized by simple shapes, lively colors, and a childlike sense of rhythm and imagination. His art reflects freedom, joy, and creativity.
Inspired by his style, we recreated our own “dancing figures,” using lines and colors to express pure childhood happiness.
Today is Children’s Day, we wish every child a joyful, healthy, and carefree childhood filled with laughter and discovery. 🌈✨
Happy Children’s Day! 🎉
Bi'an Mandarin
Welcome to a fun and immersive Mandarin journey!
欢迎加入沉浸式的中文之旅! Welcome to our community!
I'm an Asian mother of two, originally from China, dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where children can engage in high-quality Chinese language learning. Our mission extends beyond teaching Mandarin; we aim to immerse our students in the rich tapestry of Chinese culture, ensuring that learning is both educational and enjoyable.
Recognizing that Mandarin is among the most challenging
This unit has wrapped up for now. Through continuous reading practice, the children have shown consistent improvement. After the exam, we worked together to create a “浴室”(bathroom)craft to take home.
We use our eyes to see, our ears to listen, our noses to smell, our mouths to taste, and our hands to touch.
Five-senses learning helps us explore, experience, and understand the world through our bodies and senses.
Memory Challenge Time! Everyone reviewed carefully and thought actively together. In the end, we created our own little living room by hand — learning with joy and growing through every step.
Let’s use our little hands to paint the beauty of spring before it goes away.
Draw blooming flowers, green trees, and lovely butterflies to save the colors of spring on our paper.
Add a shining sun and a bright blue sky, and let’s happily say goodbye to spring and welcome the sunny, joyful summer together!
On this special day, we wish all mothers a very Happy Mother’s Day. Thank you for your hard work and endless dedication. May you always be treated with kindness and gentleness, and may happiness and peace be with you always.

Let’s learn about body parts together! Don’t forget to brush your teeth well and keep them nice and healthy! 🦷✨
As we come to the end of this unit, the children have been actively reviewing and reinforcing what they’ve learned in class. This week, we also explored Labor Day and created our own “chef’s aprons.” The children joyfully said, “This is also mom’s apron.”
Indeed, being a mom is also a full-time “job,” and moms are like all-round heroes who are always on duty. We are deeply grateful for their constant care and dedication. Let’s do something at home, giving mom a chance to rest a little and feel our love and appreciation!
