Mexican style "mini pizzas" with cheddar cheese, peppers, onions, street corn on toasted tortillas. Classic churro recipe in mini form

Beef Enchiladas with yellow rice & Flan
Beef Enchiladas with an extra tasty, saucy filling, smothered with a homemade Enchilada Sauce. Includes black beans refried beans and rice. Traditional Flan is a custard with a caramel topping.

Mother's Day Cupcake Bouquet Class
Each child will make one bouquet with a mixture of cupcakes, cake pops and chocolate covered strawberries. Deadline is May 2, 2025. Need 2 registered students to go forward with this class. Email us for more info

Shrimp, noodles, egg, vegetables and beansprouts in a slightly spicy peanut sauce. Mixed fruit sorbet.

Also known as Chicken Fricassee. Slow cooked fryer Chicken in savory herb sauce and dumplings on top. Chocolate cake sandwiches with a cream cheese and white chocolate filling.

Red, White & Blue- Memorial Day Class
Children will make burgers, hot dogs, corn on the cob and their choice of an individual Cherry Pie OR Blueberry pie. Need 2 children registered to go forward with this class.
