We are thrilled to celebrate Ms. Tillery and our My Sister’s Keeper group for their incredible efforts raising funds to support Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. 💙

Their hard work, compassion, and commitment to helping others led to a well-deserved recognition by our District Superintendent. Ms. Tillery was presented with an award, and our students were also honored for the meaningful impact of their work.

We are so proud of these young leaders and the powerful example they are setting for our school community.

🌊🐚 A little snow can’t stop the learning at Harbor View! ❄️💙

Today, our amazing partners from the Billion Oyster Project visited to bring hands-on, oceanside learning straight to our kindergarten and first‑grade science classes!

Our young scientists explored marine life, discovered how oysters help protect NYC’s waterways, and got a real feel for restoration work — all without leaving PS 59! 🌟

We are so grateful for this incredible partnership and the unforgettable experiences it brings to our students. 🌍🦪✨
