Last month at our free pregnancy group, we sat down with local doulas for an honest conversation about pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and advocacy. It was such a great discussion, and we’re so grateful to our speakers for sharing their knowledge and experiences with our community.

Our next group is coming up on June 17, and we’ll be chatting about beneficial ways to spend maternity leave.

We’re keeping it simple and practical. A group of local moms will be joining us to share some of their favorite low-pressure, high-impact ways to get out of the house, meet other moms, and make the most of those early months with baby.

We’ll also be highlighting free and low-cost programs, meetups, and resources available to moms and babies right here in our community.

I truly believe this is one of the most valuable things you can do during pregnancy. Not only do you leave with information and resources, but you start building connections with other local moms and experts. Having a community in place can make such a difference in those early postpartum months.

If you’re pregnant, we’d love to have you join us. This event is completely free, and you’re welcome to bring a female support person.
