🌸 Exploring Japanese Spring Culture at Mount Sinai Tisch Cancer Center 🌸

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our fruit daifuku and green tea workshop.

Together, we shared a taste of Japanese spring through seasonal sweets, tea, and conversation. It was a joy to spend time with patients, caregivers, and members of the cancer care community.

Each participant received a recipe sheet and an origami crane bookmark—a symbol of hope, strength, and healing.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of your day. We hope this experience brought a moment of comfort, connection, and enjoyment.

It was not only about cooking, but also about understanding the nutrients of each ingredient, and, of course, learning Japanese culture 🌸
