The Disability Action Advocate (DAA) is a cohort associated with the Social Work Program at the College of Staten Island.

The DAA is committed to fostering equitable change efforts that supports the rights of people with developmental disabilities.

The Disability Action Advocates are looking for new members to join our mission of fostering equitable change efforts that supports the rights of people with developmental disabilities.

Whether you’re a self-advocate, DSP, family member, political representative, or part of a disability service provider agency — we want YOU! Together, we can build a more inclusive world where every voice is heard.

- Promote self-advocacy
- Support disability rights
- Strengthen community connections
