🚨 We are excited to welcome Will Cook to the CSP Family‼️⚾️🔥

Will brings a high-level baseball background and a passion for developing athletes both on and off the field. Throughout his playing career, Will competed at multiple collegiate levels, including stops at University of Louisville, John A. Logan College, Wright State University, and Sacred Heart University.

As a former high-level player, Will understands the work, discipline, and mindset needed to compete and grow. He brings experience from different programs and coaching environments, giving him a unique perspective on player development. More importantly, he is passionate about teaching athletes — helping them build confidence, improve their skills, and understand the “why” behind their training.

Will believes that great coaching goes beyond performance; it’s about building relationships, creating trust, and helping athletes become the best versions of themselves both in sports and in life.

We’re excited to have him helping our athletes take their game to the next level.

🚨 We are excited to welcome Alfredo Delgado to the CSP Family‼️

Alfredo is a former Division I baseball player from Manhattan University, where he played five years as both a third baseman and first baseman. During his freshman season, he earned Rookie of the Year, beginning a strong collegiate career built on strong fundamentals, leadership, and a deep understanding of the game.

Before college, he played four years at Fordham Preparatory School, his alma mater, where he helped lead the team to a 2019 Catholic High School Athletic Association City Championship. In his senior year, he was a Player of the Year candidate and earned Pitcher of the Year honors.
After his playing career, he returned to Fordham Preparatory School as a coach, serving as the hitting and fielding coach while also leading the freshman team to a 22–1 season.

Baseball has always been a big part of his life, and he was fortunate to learn from his uncle, Wilson Delgado, who played eight years in Major League Baseball. Learning from him and being around other big leaguers gave him valuable insight into the game at the highest level. His goal as a coach is to pass down what he learned, along with the knowledge he gained from other professional players, to help develop the next generation of athletes.

Through coaching and private instruction, I focus on building strong fundamentals in hitting, infield defense, and baseball IQ, while helping players develop confidence, discipline, and a competitive mindset on and off the field.

🚨 We are excited to welcome Kaitlyn Flood to the CSP Family‼️

Kaitlyn is a former Division I softball player at Manhattan College, where she was a key contributor to the program’s Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Championship team in 2021. During her collegiate career, she competed as both a catcher and an infielder, playing second base and third base.

In addition to her college success, Kaitlyn played for the Stratford Brakettes from 2020–2024. During her time with the Brakettes, the team captured three WMS Championships, and Kaitlyn earned recognition as a two-time team batting champion.

Kaitlyn specializes in hitting, infield, and catching instruction. She is passionate about helping athletes push themselves to be their best both on and off the field. She brings knowledge, energy, and a strong work ethic to every lesson and is dedicated to building confident, fundamentally sound players who are prepared to succeed in the game and in life.
