Our pitchers worked through a progression of drills focused on building a powerful foundation from the ground up:

✅ Balance and timing checkpoints
✅ Towel drills for extension and finish

The first week of our 4-week Pitching Lab program is complete. Coach Jon is working with pitchers to enhance their mechanics, develop arm care routines, and maintain velocity throughout the baseball season.

Week 1 covered foundational mechanics and established baseline measurements for each pitcher. Over the next three weeks, we’ll continue building on these fundamentals with progressive training.

BIG NEWS! In case you haven’t heard, the legend himself, Bobby Valentine, is being inducted into the New York Mets Hall of Fame on May 30th!
