5.18.16 - Our younger friends in the PPS Chief Joseph/Ockley Green School learning center were treated to a guest reading by The Boy Who Learned Upside Down protagonist Alex Scattarella. Alex talked to a handful of first- through third-graders about overcoming learning challenges, helped them to set literacy goals, and signed books for the kids. 5.25.16 - Middle School Students Participate in Career Day

We had six students compete at the Chess for Success state tournament April 6th and 7th. All played great games against some of the toughest competitors from around the state. Our K-5 team won 3 out of their 5 games for the day. Josiah Liebert took second place in the 6th grade group! This was Josiah's sixth year in chess club!
