Affordable and accessible self defense and safety education for the outer East side. It's practical and informative with a different theme each time.

A self defense class held the first Saturday of every month at 2:30 in the Lents neighborhood. Presented and taught by Emily Corso, and David Tombleson of Emily Corso, MMA, and Life Tactics. Sponsored by the Lents Neighborhood Association, and hosted by PDXFit. $5.00 suggested donation.
