Portland’s Premier Virtual Music Lessons

At Vesper School of Music we offer personalized virtual instruction in piano, violin, voice, ukulele, music composition, and more. Students may study ANY musical genre as well as improvisation and composition. Vesper also offers fun events such as virtual recitals and socially-distanced park meetups!

We use our very own modern, creative and structured approach to learning music developed by founder Becca Schultz, which is then crafted to each individual student. Students find their lessons tailored to the way they learn. Our teaching philosophy is positive and engaging, fostering each student's unique talents and creativity. Students learn to improvise, sightread music and train their ear, while using healthy technique based on modern research.

All of our teachers at Vesper are professionally trained musicians and artists in their own right, who lead some of Portland’s best jazz, rock, classical and pop groups. Learning from accomplished working professionals makes all the difference when it comes to music education.
