POF is a year round outdoor bootcamp designed to make you strong, happy, healthy, and ready for whatever adventures life throws your way.

Booty Camp is a 5-month, outdoor fitness program that is progressive (meaning that as summer goes on, the workouts get harder as you get stronger). While we are building as time goes on, the coaches always offer modifications, so all fitness levels are encouraged and supported. Push-Up negatives are a great way to build strength leading to a strict pushup while working that full range of motion!

Maybe we should call these pushup positives? 3 seconds is all it takes to tell yourself something positive about yourself like: “I’m so strong!” Try a little self-affirmation on the way down 😘😘😘

Find a strong plank position and then lower down for a count of 3. Return to plank by pressing back up however you need to modify.

Come flow with us! Join us Saturdays at 9am for yoga sculpt with ! This class encourages movement with breath and will get you flowing while increasing muscular strength and flexibility! Class includes vinyasa flows, cardio bursts, bodyweight exercises, and upbeat music! All levels welcomed and encouraged.
