The Book Fair is here! Come shop after school Monday -Friday from 2:30-3 PM, but Friday March 20th is the last day!

The Scholastic Book Fair will be at Woodmere March 16th -20th. Shopping hours will be 2:30-3 PM every day!

Dear Woodmere families,
Will you need before or after school care this year? The Champions program (located at Kelly Elementary) provides care starting at 6:30 AM until the start of school and then from 2:30 PM until 6 PM (students will be bussed to/from Woodmere). Dear Woodmere families,
We have received a few questions about school supplies for the upcoming year. Here's some info from Principal Polizos:

“Woodmere is once again partnering with Schoolhouse Supplies as part of their ‘Tools for Schools’ program to provide school supplies to all of our students. This program provides each student with a backpack, pencil case, scissors, glue sticks, pencils, erasers, colored pencils or crayons (depending on age) and other basic classroom supplies through the generosity of their donors here in the Portland community.

The Woodmere team believes in the promise of a free and appropriate public education and does everything we can with our budget and our community partners to provide students with the tools they need to engage with learning each day.

With that said, classrooms can always use sanitizing wipes, tissues, and snacks for students throughout the school year. Please talk with your teacher at back-to-school night or the back-to-school bash if you would like to help out.”
