In modern numberology four is assigned to Uranus which rules Aquarius and Aquarius is assigned to Master Number 11 and Master Number 22.
Aquarius is assigned to eleven because it's the 11th sign of the zodiac.
Aquarius is assigned to Master Number 22 because you can add 2 and 2 to get 4.
Master Number can be a bit to understand at first and calculate but what I can say is if you want to know how to calculate is to stay intuned.

Astrology Octaves

Sun and Saturn
The sun is the lower of Saturn. The sun gives us everyday trails, both good and bad that we face. Saturn gives us trails the are sprawled out to years. Both planets give lessons of some sort.

Mercury and Uranus
Mercury is the lower octave of Uranus. Both planets deal with thinking. Mercury is about the mind. Uranus has to do with your consciousness, the higher mind. Mercury deals with communication, fast leanings and coming up with easy ideas. It's rather short attention span kind of thing. While Uranus deals with concepts for a long haul that seem to not change for ever such as one morals. For example someone who doesn't believe in god/gods won't start believing just like that. Also a person with hold on to a bible from some religion won't put down that concept so easily. It takes time for both types of people to reconsider things and change such a concept that they've always had. Which is an influence of Uranus.

Venus and Neptune
Venus is the lower octave of Neptune. Venus and Neptune are both about love, beauty, music and art. Venus deal with more realism of love. Neptune tends to be the idealism of love. Venus is selfish and Neptune is selfless.

Moon and Jupiter
The moon is the lower octave of Jupiter. The moon reveals how one will handle situations and how emotions will be dealt with. The moon doesn't give emotions it actually filters. Jupiter is expansion. Jupiter can make all matter seem better/worse than they seem to be. Both of these celestial bodies deal with luck in some sort of way.

Mars and Pluto
Mars is the lower octave of Pluto. They both deal with our Desires. Mars is what we seek and desire without really having any purpose behind it. Pluto on the other hand is the higher octave for being able took seek and grab what we really need.

The houses are all the areas of life that we encounter. Depending on the planets and zodiac sign that occupies this house will determine how this area of life will pan out. Houses with no planets doesn't mean anything. This area of life is more determine by the zodiac sign that occupies it. Planets spice things up in the area it is in.

1 the first house is ruled by aries.
2 the second house is ruled by Ta**us
3 the third house is ruled by Gemini
4 the fourth house is ruled by Cancer
5 the fifth house is ruled by Leo
6 the 6th house is ruled by Virgo
7 the 7th house is ruled by Libra
8 the aunt's house is ruled by Scorpio
9 the 9th house is ruled by Sagittarius
10 the 10th house is ruled by Capricorn
11 the 11th house is ruled by Aquarius
12 the 12th house is ruled by Pisces

The house and the zodiac sign that it's ruled doesn't mean that your astrology chart is like this. At times a person/chart has the Second house in Sagittarius. Sagittarius ruling the Ninth house but is in out 2nd house will have attributes of the ninth house.
And at times we have out ninth house in Leo. The ninth house will still have attributes of Sagittarius.
House expressions are altered by the sign and planets that are in it and also the planets that its connected to.
