There is power in the ritual of coming together consistently over time and I’m delighted to share this new offering that I’ve been imaging for a while …
Tender Evolution Year Long Practice Cohort will meet at 4:00-6:00PM the last Sunday of each month throughout 2026. Classes held at my SE pdx studio.
Across the arc of a full year, the world around us shifts in subtle and profound ways—light returning and fading, blossoms appearing and dissolving, temperatures rising and cooling. These natural rhythms offer us continual invitations to pause, notice, and reconnect: with ourselves, with one another, and with the broader world that we are a part of. This year-long cohort is an opportunity to honor those invitations by gathering monthly in community for embodied movement, meditation, reflection, and shared presence.
Each month, we’ll root our practice in a guiding theme—an inner quality that mirrors the cyclical wisdom of the seasons. Together we’ll explore how these qualities live not only in our bodies and breath, but also in our relationships, our communities, and the spaces we inhabit. Some months will feel spacious and tender, others bright and playful, others steadying and clarifying. Over time, the practices, conversations, and collective witnessing will weave into a grounding throughline—one that supports you through the changing seasons both around and within us.
In our two-hour gatherings, you can expect a blend of meditation, mindful movement, restorative yoga, writing or contemplative reflection, and conversation. This is a place to move and rest, to witness your own unfolding and the unfolding of others, and to feel held by the larger field of community we co-create. By pausing together each month, we make room to honor both the subtle shifts and the more noticeable turning points of our individual and collective lives—just as the seasons do.
Recordings of each practice will be provided so participants can revisit themes, or if they miss a class, they can stay in the loop.
Pre-registration is required. Space is limited to 12 participants.
Sliding scale: $450 - $650 for the year
Send any questions my way.
I’d love to have you in the circle.

Things are swirly, at moments sparkly and also spiky. Having a kid really amplifies everything. I may not remember much these days because of continued disrupted sleep but I do know we are blessed beyond to get to walk this path and learn and grow together. Anyone else read like a mother and relate to the metaphor of postpartum being the mushy caterpillar cocoon stage making its way to butterfly form? Still feeling mushy.

Postpartum Yoga Series - At a new time!
This class welcomes all birthing people to gently reconnect with their bodies after giving birth. Together, we’ll explore ways to reengage the pelvic floor and core, rebuild strength, and release tension in areas that may feel overworked from caregiving. Each session includes opportunities to ask questions, receive resources, and enjoy intentional moments of rest.
This class is recommended for those who have been cleared by their healthcare provider to resume movement practices and who are no longer experiencing postpartum bleeding.
Each class includes time for check-ins, community connection, and discussion of postpartum resources. Mindfulness and nervous system support are woven throughout the sessions to help you feel grounded and resourced during this tender period of transition.
Your baby (if not yet crawling or walking) is warmly welcome to attend with you. This is a yoga class focused on the person who gave birth rather than a “Baby and Me” class, there are a few bouncers, baby toys, and — if needed — an extra set of hands available for holding babies (one of my favorite parts of class!).
Class size is limited to 10 participants to ensure individual attention and a supportive environment.
Each session is recorded and shared with all participants, so you can revisit your favorite classes or catch up if you miss one. Recordings remain available for 30 days and can be viewed as often as you like. Participants also have access to my yoga, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum lending library throughout the series.
Details:
Wednesdays January 7th - February 11th at 10:00 - 11:15 AM
Sliding scale rate $120 - $150

Prenatal Yoga Series
This class welcomes all birthing people. Each session begins with time for check-ins and mindfulness practices to support you through pregnancy, labor, and birth.
Together, we’ll cultivate awareness and functional strength in the core — including the pelvic floor — through movements that build stability in the glutes and legs, create space in the torso for the breath, and open the chest and upper back to help relieve common pregnancy-related back discomfort.
Our practice includes poses designed to encourage optimal positioning of your baby for birth and movements that can be used during labor to support your body and assist your baby’s journey into the world.
This series-style format provides a nurturing environment to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others who are also growing their families (hello, new parent friends!).
Each class is recorded and shared with all participants, so you can revisit your favorite sessions or catch up if you miss one. Recordings are available for 30 days and can be viewed as often as you like.
Participants also have access to my yoga, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum lending library throughout the series

I’ve stumbled into a new tradition of making a rainbow for Ocie’s birthday. Fruit turned into barnyard animals and baby kid helped me deconstruct and reconstruct the googley eyed masterpiece ( thanks for setting the googley eye destiny for our family). This was so fun to create, I’d google “simple kids drawing of a cow” and then I’d cut it out of construction paper, slap on some googley eyes and laugh. I think it’ll have a year long exhibit for all of the glory and elegance to be witnessed 😂🤪 baby kid turns 2 so soon and we’re allllll in our feels.

This past week I had the joy of getting to host a group of teens. We met for yoga on Friday evening to start out their weekend retreat together. We explored how yoga and mindfulness can support us in times of big transition - like starting high school or preparing to graduate. We did this through connection with plants, our bodies and candle gazing meditation. It was an enriching time together.
It’s so vital to have these spaces to gather and feel our connection to ourselves and each other and to remember our shared humanity amidst the voices of fear and divisiveness.
I love love love working with groups to provide yoga mindfulness and collective learning and care. If you are interested in working with me to create something for a group of friends, colleagues, celebrate a baby on the way, a birthday, reach out and we can make something magical together.
