‼️IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT THE FACILITY‼️
-This is a kosher space, do not bring shellfish or pork to the community center
-No food or drinks are allowed in the gym space. There will be space outside to eat.🍱
-👮There will be a security check point when you enter. All bags will be searched. All adults will need to show ID.
-Please arrive in uniform. There will be bathrooms to change if you need. But 250 people is a lot to cram into small rooms to get in and out of uniform🥋

🏆Extra tournament prep classes coming up.🤓Check with your instructor before attending.
You'll have a chance to go over sparing, breaking and hyungs with advanced black belts. We will go over rules and regulations. And the black belts will get a chance to practice judging.

May 4th - EPCC @ 615-715(sparring)
May 8th - SELLWOOD 6-730(sparring, hyungs and breaking)
May 11th - EPCC @ 615-715(sparring)

📣NEW kids and parent's at the Montavilla class with Master Secord!!
Geared for the young kids ages 5-7. 🚸Parents can join in too! Classes are on Thursdays from 6-645. Open to new students only.

🥋Master Secord got started in the 1990s with his parents and sister. It's so much fun growing up doing Tae Kwon-Do together. It helped build stronger family bonds, reinforce family values, and leveled the playing field in the parent/child dynamic. Kids and parents are learning something challenging together where the parents are able to model good ways to learn new things and the kids eventually start having a chance to help teach their parents as the kids usually pick things up a little quicker. ❤There are TONS of hidden benefits to joining martial arts as a family.
