Working with Children with Special Needs: Creating Inclusive Early Learning Environments
Training Overview
This training equips childcare providers with practical strategies to support children with diverse
developmental, behavioral, physical, sensory, and learning needs in early childhood settings.
Participants will learn how to create inclusive environments where all children feel welcomed,
respected, supported, and able to fully participate in daily activities and learning experiences.
Using a strength-based and family-centered approach, this training focuses on recognizing each
child's unique abilities while providing tools to address individual support needs. Participants will
explore how inclusive practices benefit all children by promoting belonging, positive social
interactions, and equitable access to learning opportunities.
