Swaranjali Academy of Indian Music is run by Dr. Nisha Joshi. She teaches Hindustani Vocal, Tabla and Sitar in the Portland Metro area in Oregon.
The classes are held during the weekends and in the late afternoon and evenings during weekdays. Swaranjali Academy of Indian Music is registered and affiliated with a university in India. Swaranjali has been organizing vocal and instrumental music examinations under the Pracheen Kala Kendra University since 2005. We had the pleasure of having Pt. Vidyadhar Vyas teach a Thumri Masterclass to the Sangeet Visharad and the adult students at Swaranjali today!
