Hey parents!
Do you have a child or teen that is struggling with anxiety, depression, or destructive behaviors?
Do you as a parent feel at a loss for how to help your kid? Could you benefit from some parent coaching?
I am here to offer that coaching! I have an extensive background in child welfare and supporting youth and families through grief and loss, and the subsequent behaviors that occur from enduring hardships. I have expertise in supporting youth in foster care, youth with developmental trauma, youth with ADHD, and youth who engage in high risk behaviors.
I can provide one on one parent coaching to identify problematic behaviors and develop effective tools and approaches to minimize those behaviors and improve relationships in the family.
