Spring be springin!

20 years ago this month I walked into this backyard while the cherry tree was blooming and got all the feels. I had no idea how much life would change after that moment. This is the view I got when I walked outside, although I’ve spent 20 years changing the yard so it’s quite a bit better than it used to be. At least I like to think so. 🌸💞

Taught a St Paddy‘s day cooking class with these two goofballs. Here they are showing off their mini loaded baked potatoes. We also made roasted broccoli, pesto pizzas, and grasshopper bars. Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

Cooked for about 25 adults tonight for a St Patrick’s Day party. Not my usual thang, but every so often it’s kind of fun. Did a huge veggie platter with green goddess dip, candied brussel sprouts, cucumber & grape gazpacho, a mini baked potato bar, and Reuben sliders. And home by 9 PM! Wiped out, but it all turned out great!

Random Walla Walla wine tasting on a Monday…..

Three sushi classes and a private class with eight kids who wanted to do Asian noodles. My weekend was full of cooking and fun kids! I’m not mad about it.

Chinese favorites! These kids did fantastic & were very happy to show their families what they made today. What a fun day 💞🥡. Menu was beef with broccoli, vegetable chow mein, and scallion pancakes.
