How has your summer been? I hope you have had some memorable times with family and friends during our Summer Break and maybe have fit in some Jump4joy routines in the midst of your summer time fun? ;) Thank you again to Tamara for organizing the Summer J4 walks! One more on Monday, 8/22, so stay tuned for her email giving you information on that. =)

Please mark your calendar for a Jump4joy Planning Meeting over Zoom next Thursday, August 25th from 6-7pm. (This way everyone will be able to attend no matter if you are in the Portland area or not.) It will be great to catch up with one another and discuss our upcoming year. Please come if you can. =)

WOW, summer is here as is our last week of classes! I do hope you are staying cool and we will have the big fan running in the gym to keep things as cool as we can but make sure you bring an extra big water bottle. ;)

We will have two classes this week and then our Summer Break starts when we don't have classes in the gym, but Tamara and Daphne will be organizing several walks during July and August and maybe an optional Zoom meeting or two so we can stay connected during our break. Thank you Tamara and Daphne! =)

As mentioned last week, I'm taking requests for your favorite songs and dance moves to make our playlist this week. Please forgive my late weekly email. The snow surprised me this AM and I was needing to figure out schedules for two ministries but now I think I have it figured out! (HA!) Since BSD only had a 2 hour delay today, we will be able to have class tonight in the gym for those that feel comfortable driving.
