The vision is dependent on an ambitious fundraiser that will allow us to triple our impact by training up to thirty new facilitators while removing tuition costs as barriers for those who otherwise would not be able to participate. Since our 2015 journey, I've been a member of all three subsequent CL trips to I-P as well as two CL journeys to Alabama. It's not hyperbolic to say that these experiences, along with my commitment to practicing Compassionate Listening day to day, have influenced the trajectory of my life.
In this unspeakably horrific moment in Israel and Palestine, at a time when our own democracy is in danger of dissolution, the world needs more compassionate listeners more than ever before.
