DATES: June 1 - July 31
Registration for 2021-2022 RPASCA runs from June 1st through July 31st. This timeline will ensure registrations are processed quickly and allow any waitlisted families enough time to make necessary arrangements.

You will see a confirmation page once you have completed your registration and you will receive a confirmation email. When we are full, I will send a note to let everyone know that we are "at capacity". You will receive an email with the registration fee before the end of August.

REGISTRATION FEE: $50
Registration will cost $50 per household.

CAPACITY:
RPASCA has continued to grow and, in the past, has been required to use a waitlist. Registration is awarded on a first come, first served basis with priority registration given to children who are registered to attend RPASCA on a full-time basis.

TUITION:
Tuition is anticipated to be $335 per month. (We are unable to finalize tuition rates until we receive final lease information from the Beaverton School District, which is provided in July.) RPASCA runs from the end of the school day, 2:30PM until 6PM.

PAYMENT:
RPASCA bills through email invoices using the FreshBooks platform. You will need to provide a valid email upon registration and indicate your preferred payment type -- check, debit card, or credit card. Debit and credit card payments incur an additional fee assessed by FreshBooks.

Please use the link below to fill out the registration form for the 2018-2019 school year. We do have paper copies of this form as well available at RPASCA, but encourage you to fill this out electronically to keep our processes streamlined and to get your registration in early.

This timeline will ensure registrations are processed quickly and allow any waitlisted families enough time to make necessary arrangements. Reminder: The first day of school will be August 27, 2018.

REGISTRATION FEE: $50+
Registration will continue to cost $50 per family during the registration window of June 1st - July 31st. Registrations occurring after July 31st will incur a $75 registration fee per family.

CAPACITY:
RPASCA has continued to grow and, in the past, has been required to use a waitlist on certain days of the week. Registration is awarded on a first come, first served basis with priority registration given to children who are registered to attend RPASCA on a full-time basis. Drop-in after care is welcome, as space is available. Please register early and over-communicate with us regarding your after care needs. We will always do our best to accommodate so that all children have a fun, safe, quality option for after care.

TUITION:
The RPASCA Parent Board makes every effort to maintain tuition costs year-over-year. At this time, we do no anticipate increasing tuition and will do all we can to avoid any increases. Tuition would remain at $325 for full-time and $25-30 for drop in. (We are unable to finalize tuition rates until we receive final lease information from the Beaverton School District, which is provided in July.)

NOTE that since RPASCA starts the last week in August this year your September bill will include this extra week. If you are full time your September bill for Tuition will be $400 ($75 for the August week + $325 for September)

PAYMENT:
RPASCA will continue billing through email invoices using the FreshBooks platform. You will need to provide a valid email upon registration and indicate your preferred payment type -- check or credit card. Credit card payments incur an additional fee assessed by FreshBooks.

ALL DAY CARE:
RPASCA will continue to provide all-day care on Raleigh Park in-service days. This will follow the same format as it has in years past, requiring that your child be registered with RPASCA and signed up for all-day care.
