This summer, Team Progress Basketball athletes are competing on some of the biggest stages in grassroots basketball. Every practice, tournament, and opportunity helps develop not only better athletes, but future leaders.

Each athlete is raising funds to help cover travel, tournament fees, uniforms, training, scholarships, and essential program expenses. One thing I take pride in is leadership — pouring my energy into pushing the game forward at every level and mentoring youth.

It’s never been about wins and losses. It’s about progress. It’s about moving the needle — in basketball and in life.

The championships are great, but what I’m most proud of is the growth. The confidence built. The lessons learned. The young men we’re helping shape through this game.

Using basketball as a vehicle to teach, mentor, and impact lives has always been the goal, and will always mean more than any trophy.
