Learning about the brain, focusing on the parts of the brain that help protect us/sense danger ( amygdala), focus and make thought out decisions( prefrontal cortex), and remember things (hippocampus).

This fun little activity combined counting and coordination while spinning around in prone position. Playing in prone or "superhero" pose, helps increase postural control for core strength, improves visual attention during tasks, builds muscle endurance, offers sensory integration and is a whole lot of fun!
