I'm trying to do Golgi-Cox staining in the Biowave. This sample took 5 1/2 hours from start to finish vs. ~2.5 weeks! Now to get the light microscope optimized for taking the higher mag stacks that I need to properly analyze such things!

I have been asked about the dishes we use to process tissue, (both IHC and em processing) in the microwave, so here is the info: Kapsto from Poeppelmann (www.poeppelmann.com/us/kapsto). We use the GPN-600B- series. We use different sizes depending on what and how many peices of tissue and they have a huge number of different sizes.

Hope everone enjoyed the holidays! We had a great time seeing some of our past Meshul lab members and catching up with them. And we missed many of you that were not able to attend. Hopefully, we will see more of you at a future holiday celebration!
