Outdoor practice – I would like to hold outdoor practice on a weekly basis moving forward. The next outdoor in person practice will be held this upcoming Saturday, 5/8/2021: This will be some light conditioning and technique practice at Tabor park. Please note: It will be a “no gi” practice, so we will not wear the Shorinji Kempo uniforms. Please wear comfortable exercise clothing that you can move freely in, a mask, and running shoes. I recommend bringing water as. It is getting warmer these days, so it is recommended that you dress in layers.
