Spilt Milk Nannies is a local nannying service that provides flexible, book as you need, part time, and date night care. We are ever expanding and are bringing on nannies for both the Portland and Beaverton/West Side branches!

Nannies with Spilt Milk control their own availability, giving them the ability to set their own schedule. This job is great for those in need of a flexible part time schedule, as you can work around school or even a second job. Nannies with Spilt Milk are able to create their own schedule and have the flexibility to work as little or as much as they would like.

We are looking for highly qualified childcare providers who are truly passionate about kids and who are kind, reliable, patient, and communicative.

Our expectations and REQUIRED qualifications are as follows:
- Minimum 3 years verifiable childcare experience outside of your family. Childcare experience must be within the last 3 years.
- Must be comfortable with infants and MUST have infant experience (6 months or younger)
- 3 childcare related references
- Has or willing to obtain Pediatric CPR certification
- Ability to pass a background check and safe driving record

Strong preference for candidates w/ their own transportation/car.

Responsibilities
Meet the child's social, emotional, and physical needs
Ensure a clean and tidy home environment at all times
Engage children in age-appropriate activities

Qualifications
3+ years Child Care experience
Must provide at least three valid childcare references
First Aid and CPR certifications required
Proficient knowledge of housekeeping and meal preparation
Outstanding verbal communication skills
Great organizational and multitasking abilities
Instill good manners and a sense of responsibility
