Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic educator with a love for Montessori principles and a deep appreciation for nature-based learning? We seek a creative and nurturing Preschool Montessori and Nature Teacher to inspire young minds at GGreen Tulip Peace & Nature School.

Position: Preschool Teacher experience teaching at a nature-based Montessori school is preferred.

Location: [Portland, Oregon]

What We're Looking For:

Montessori Passion: An understanding and passion for Montessori education, fostering independence, and a love for learning in young children.
Nature Enthusiast: A commitment to integrating nature-based experiences into the curriculum, cultivating a connection with the natural world.
Engaging and Nurturing: The ability to create a warm and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging exploration, creativity, and positive social interactions.
Qualifications: Montessori certification and/or relevant educational background in Early Childhood Education. Nature-based education experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Implementing a Montessori-inspired curriculum enriched with nature-based activities.
Creating an environment that promotes independence, curiosity, and respect for nature.
Planning and leading nature walks, outdoor activities, and hands-on learning experiences.
Establishing positive relationships with children and fostering open communication with parents.
