Heyya first Monday of 2021 👋

Who loves a fresh start?! 🙋‍♀️ (me)

Why are they so good? They’re a time full of possibility, to create anything you want. They are filled with intention and vision and a plan. And that all feels so exciting!

The beautiful truth is, that you can create a fresh start at any moment. Each day is a new start, each time you sit down at your desk, each hour. No need for a new year to signify this.

All you have to do is decide, decide this is the moment you make a change, this is the moment you go for what you want.

So as the days roll by and you fall into old habits or patterns that don’t serve you or the life you really want, take a pause, and know that very moment is a fresh start. All you have to do is decide it’s so.

This very day could be the day everything changes for you, because you make a decision to step into who you know you’re meant to be with one small change.

When you’re in your 90’s, you aren’t going to think “I wish I had spent more time at work, or on the internet, or sleeping or even learning that skill”. ⁣⁣

It’s going to be “I wish I had spent more time with the people I love” 💓⁣⁣

Hold those you love close. ⁣⁣
Give them a little more time,⁣⁣
a little more love.⁣⁣
Cherish them a little more. ⁣⁣

Make sure your life is filled with amazing people and that you cultivate relationships with them, and value them as your greatest asset, because they are the most important thing in your life ❤️

Life is tough sometimes, you will hit rough patches. This is all part of the human experience. ⁣
⁣
Continue to get back up and dust yourself off. You’re here for the long game.⁣
⁣
Feel, grieve, process, rest and remember there are better days on the horizon.⁣
⁣
Actually, some of your best, most magical, most special days are still to come ✨⁣
⁣
You are strong enough, resilient enough and bright enough to make it through any darkness. Be courageous enough to keep moving forward. ⁣
⁣
Love yourself through all the ups and downs— this is the golden lesson. ⁣
⁣
The only way out is through. Keep going. Learn through the tough times so you can thrive on the other side. Know that thriving is an option. Choose it. ⁣

You are amazing, you are capable, you are worthy every second of every day. Don’t you dare doubt or forget this. ⁣

Holy crap, November is here. We’re nearing the end of 2020.

But don’t discount the two months we have left. It is not the time to throw in the towel and call 2020 a wash.

For most, it currently feels as though this year is a bit of a crap shoot.... and I’d agree, but I also know that is the perfect time to step into your power and use it to create something beautiful to end out this year and set yourself up to blossom in 2021.

There are sixty precious days to use however you please. Sixty days that can be infused with intentionality to create magic.

Your life can truly change dramatically in this short period of time with deliberate effort.

So what is it you need and want most right now to continue living or creating a life you’re passionate about and in love with?

Is it healing what’s happened this year or something that you’ve been carrying around for a long time that’s held you back?

Is it taking the time to w**d out what isn’t working in your life so you can pivot and create space for what you really want?

Is it going all in on your career/business and doing what it takes to create a massive advance in a short period of time?

Is it saying yes to taking control back of your health and cleansing out the mental and physical toxins?

Is it deciding you are worth it to go for whatever the f*ck it is you truly want and committing to that?!

These days are valuable, massive shifts and changes will happen for those who believe this and what they’re capable of. Will you be one of them?

🍁🍂 Autumn is filled with crisp air, beautiful colors, pumpkin spiced everything (I prefer apple cider 🤭) and so many beautiful lessons....

It reminds us that things must end to begin again. That nothing, not nature, and not even us, stay in bloom forever. That it’s necessary to rest.

Autumn reminds us that everything is always in transition, even when we might not be aware of this. It teaches us that allowing is what makes these transitions beautiful and resistance makes it difficult and painful.

It’s a time that reminds us to let go of what no longer serves us. To shed what we don’t need so we can continue our cycle of growth.

It shows us that there is beauty through change, loss, and death.

It’s a reminder that there are fresh starts and also that regeneration takes time. We learn resilience and patience.

Embrace this beautiful season and use it for contemplation, gratitude and releasing 🍁🍂

When clients say “I just wish I had my life all together like you do” 😂⁣

I could roll over in laughter or tears at this depending on the day. ⁣
⁣
I do not have it all together. ⁣
⁣
My heart breaks. I miss important appointments. I get disappointed. I have doubts. I get in bad moods. I have bad days. Crappy things happen in my life. And I struggle just like everyone else. ⁣
⁣
But what I do have are tools to get me through these moments, days, or weeks. ⁣
⁣
I have the support of an amazing coach along with friends and family.⁣
⁣
I work on my mindset daily, because I can, and because it makes life feel way more amazing.⁣
⁣
I am committed to the belief that this will work out or something better will come. ⁣
⁣
I focus on what I can control.⁣
⁣
I am committed to finding creative solutions.⁣

I am committed to doing things I don’t want to in the moment because they are in my best interest and aligned with the life I’m building. ⁣
