Holy Cross Catholic School Auction

Thank you for your generous donations to St. Vincent de Paul! Our 2nd graders took everything over to the food pantry this morning. The volunteers there are very grateful for your help.

📣Reminder: If you were a lucky winner of an auction package(s), don't forget the last day to pick up items is this Tuesday May 25th from 3pm-5pm at the parish center/pre-kindergartern classroom.

Let the countdown begin!!! There is less than a month until the auction and there are lots of exciting things to share below!

⭐The auction website is up and running! Since a virtual event is new to all of us the website is a centralized hub for all things auction. The site has lots of information like the show schedule, paddle raise letter, dining options, FAQs, the virtual catalog and more. Most importantly our live stream site and bidding site are easily accessible from here (instructions and links on website). https://hcauction2021.ggo.bid/

⭐We have a virtual catalog! The Virtual Auction Catalog can be accessed on our website. Feel free to download it and/or print it at home.

⭐Register for Greater Giving! If you plan to bid on auction items or donate to the paddle raise, you'll need to register for an account. Use the auction website and click on the "REGISTER & DONATE" button at the top. You can choose to register ahead of the auction or on the day of, it's up to you.

⛔Registration is linked to the bidding site so please know that the bidding items are NOT open until Tuesday May 11th and are still under construction at this time⛔

⭐Live auction items have been renamed! ​This year our live auction items will be referenced as our "Super Star" packages. These items will NOT be included in our live stream and instead will be opening and closing with the rest of the auction items online (more information on the website).

Instructions on how to complete your video and where to send it have been emailed to you. If you did not receive an email, please let me know asap.

Please turn in your video submissions by Friday April 9th (if you need more time let me know).

We have more than met our goal for sign-ups, but now we need those videos to count!

Don't forget that every video submission will:

🍭help your class earn a classroom party

🍭be entered into a drawing to win one of three $25 gift cards

🍭help meet our video submission goal of 25 videos for the "Lollipop Lady & her husband Vince" video match (if every student that signed up submits a video-we will have surpassed this goal!)🍭

Winners of the classroom parties and the drawing for individual gift cards will be announced during the live stream.
