What version are you on?
The survey is open- be sure to fill it out!

Every Rails developer has an opinion about JavaScript. The 2026 Rails Survey is starting to show us where things actually stand.

Early results: Turbo and Stimulus are leading, but React is still very much in the picture. The debate isn't over.

Which are you using? And more importantly, are you happy about it? Add your answer to the survey:

More early data: 83% of Rails developers in this year's survey are working on a monolith. Only 3.5% are on microservices. The industry conversation has been swinging back toward monoliths for a couple of years now. Looks like Rails teams got there first - or never left.
Add your perspective to the 2026 Rails Community Survey, open through July 3:

🚀 🎉 WOW! Brian Middleton just hit 15 years at Planet Argon.

Fifteen years of being delightful, versatile, and dependable for our clients and our team. To celebrate, we commissioned a custom skateboard just for him, made by a REAL artist (not AI 😊).
