Holiday Nog

Ingredients organic
2 C.Raw Almonds buy from Spain or italy only. There are no raw almonds in the US. The Government had them all irradiated so they are not raw anymore. You can buy from Living Nutz online
1 C. Pine Nuts
3 Dates or use Liquid Stevia 1-2 drops
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 Tbsp no alcohol Vanilla-alcohol f any kind doesn't belong in our body

Method
First you will need to make your two separate batches of nut milk.
Combine 2 cups of almonds with 2 cups of water, blend and strain through a nut bag.
Next combine 1 cup of pine nuts with 1 cup water, blend and strain through a nut bag.
Combine both nut milks in a blender, add 3 Medjool Dates,, Use Stevia instead. 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, and 1 Tbsp Vanilla.
Blend and serve!
Note: This is a thicker and richer recipe than our regular nut milk, you can use stevia in place of the dates if you want a sugar free recipe. Unfortunately I can't add photos here. on FB new sites.

Friends here's a new recipe for all of you.
Thai Spring Rolls with Dipping Sauce

Cayenne
1/2 cup raw sprouted Almond Butter
Lemon EO
Coconut water and distilled water

Can use collard greens or romaine lettuce or a Coconut wrap

Fillings
Organic zucchini
Mung Bean sprouts
Mint
Cayenne or red chili sauce
Stevia

Rolls will keep 1 day
Enjoy.

Hello Friends, FB makes it difficult for people to get into their own pages.
Today I have a delicious crunchy Nori Wrap recipe for you.
Recipe:
From Sproutman- recipe
4 Nori Sheets or coconut/cassava wraps
Add Mustard to taste or mashed raw garlic and raw ginger
1 avocado sliced
1 cucumber sliced lengthwise
Salad mix sprouts or other sprouts you like
Crunchy sprouts like Mung bean
Lay out 4 wraps on a cutting board
Spread a layer of mustard or raw garlic/ginger mash on 1/4 of wrap
Lay avocado slices and cucumber over the mash/mustard
Pile a handful of raw sprouted crunchy sprouts and salad sprouts or your fave sprouts.
Mix on top and roll up the wrap
Serve immediately

This makes a lovely quick raw/living healthy meal if you're in a hurry or if you're just wanting a simple easy to make healthy meal for yourself or for friends to join you - Make a few and serve. Your friends will thank you for the quick easy recipe.

Raw TAHINI
Are you aware that raw garlic has healing properties? You can press it -the garlic must be tough and firm
Cut it and it releases moisture and is creamy- just how nature prepared it.

I Add nut butter oil because I don’t use olive oil You can if you choose make sure it’s Cold Pressed and not heated.

Use lemon juice or lemon Essential Oil
Add Tahini which is full of Calcium
Sesame seeds have more calcium than dairy.

This gives a nice texture for thicker add more tahini
For less texture add more lemon or water
For Spicy - add cayenne or habaneros. not green peppers because they are not ripe

Sauce is ready to use:
Use as a dip
Use it on salad

Every food is healthy
Have a salad everyday with a delicious Sauce.

Add Ginger and Stevia sweet and hot.
There’s a richness in flavor and healthy Fat
Mix well, so there’s no clumps.

The sauce brings back vitality with life giving ingredients thereby
making it more digestible

Add
as a garnish - h**p seeds.
Add with sprouts
The sauce helps strengthens our immunity

If you don't have a juicer, you can put the watermelon rind in your heavy duty blender. I have a Tribest juicer, but it isn't strong enough for watermelon rind, so I use my Via-Mix. It works well.

Did you know you make a delicious and satiating *Portabello Mushroom Filling"?

Recipe:

Ingredients
2 portobello mushrooms
1/2 C. raw/organic almonds can be sprouted as well
1/4 C. raw/organic sprouted walnuts
1/2 C. raw organic sunflower seeds
1/2 onion
1 sweet red pepper
1 carrot
1/4 bunch spinach
1/2 tsp. cumin powder or garam masala
1/2 tsp. mustard seed powder
2 garlic cloves
1 T. pizza spice
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. thyme
3 T. cold pressed olive oil or avocado
mayo (I don't use any oil, except for the oil in organic sprouted nut butters which I make myself, or you can use an Organic avocado

Method
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, blending the nuts to form a paste.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Absolutely satiating and delicious.
Enjoy.

Did you know you easily make a Spinach Avocado Dip? Here's the Recipe:

SPINACH AVOCADO DIP

Ingredients
3 cups spinach
2 cups avocado, chopped
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 tablespoon Frontier Pizza Seasoning
1 tsp Lemon fresh or you can use 1 tsp lemon essential oil
Seasonings
1/3 cup finely diced red bell pepper
1/3 cup finely diced red onion

Method
In a food processor, finely chop the spinach.and red pepper and onion
Add to the food processor the avocado, garlic, pizza seasoning, Lemon EO
Process to puree. Transfer this mixture to a mixing bowl.
Mix well. Season to taste and serve.

Enjoy.

Did you know you can make a delicious Vegan Sugar-Free Chai Latte Recipe? Here's a recipe from Hippocrates Wellness and I have a different recipe for you as well. Sugar-Free and also delicious.

Vegan Chai sugar free Raw Latte Recipe

You will need:

● 1 tbsp of roobois tea
● 1/2 tsp of garam masala
● A pinch of cinnamon
● 1/4 tsp of nutmeg
● 8 oz of homemade almond milk
● 1 drop of stevia

How to:

● Combine roobois tea and spices
● Make tea and strain
● Add almond milk and stevia
● Stir to combine well
● Serve hot or cold

Sandi's Recipe:

1 Tsp Rooibos Tea
Raw Ginger root-Use a mandoline to get the amount you want. I love Ginger so I use a lot.
cinnamon, small amount
clove spice, small amount
raw organic carob, small amount
Organic Coconut Milk, not from a can, can be fresh from an organic coconut

Boil pure water
Add ingredients. I use a little container with small holes in the bottom and steep my tea. for a few minutes.
Add coconut milk to top of glass or cup.
I don't add any Stevia, not needed.

Enjoy.

Make them both on different days to see which you prefer.

Did you know you can make a Raw vegan Pumpkin Hummus recipe?

Commonly used to add crunch to dishes, pumpkin seeds also have a smoother side. Try out our pumpkin seed hummus recipe and enjoy them in a different way! from Wellness

I adapted it to fit my needs.

You will need:

● 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, soaked
● chopped cucumber,
● chopped zucchini,
● 2 cloves garlic
● 2 pinches garam masala
● Dulse flakes
● 1/4 cup water
● 1 teaspoon lemon EO or organic lemon juice
● 2 tsp nut butter oil or raw sesame tahini
● 1/4 tsp liquid stevia extract, optional

How to:

● Using a strong blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend well until you get a very smooth consistence. You will need to use a spatula or blender plunger to keep the mixture moving in the blender.
● Season to taste and serve.
● Optional Add-ins: ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, chopped green onion fresh spinach
● Alternate Version: Sunny Hummus. Substitute 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds (soaked) for the pumpkin seeds. Substitute 2 tsp of raw sesame tahini for the pumpkin seed oil.

I don't use any cold pressed oils so I use nut or seed butters which I make myself. You can also substitute raw organic pumpkin seed butter for the soaked pumpkin seeds.

Enjoy.
