Hey there, been a long while. Trying to hold it together and fall apart all at the same time. Wading through waves of grief, transforming in relationships, leaning into the chaos of perimenopause and starting over in all the ways. Feeling the weight of the world. So desperately wanting a hug. Parenting a tween is no fu***ng joke. I just want to feel the sparkly joy and exhale. Can you relate?

Full Moon feelings.. We are Enough, just as we are. It’s ok to rest. It’s ok to say NO. It’s ok to lean into people we trust and love. It’s ok to cry. It’s ok to hurt and grieve. It’s ok to make a mess of things and start over. And it’s ok to put ourselves on the damn list. Know that I love you, I see you and you fu***ng matter. Shine bright babe.
