Summit Winterguard

The 2014 DCI season concluded several weeks ago, most marching bands have completed their band camps, college football has started and as such the 2015 winter guard season is right around the corner. The Summit Winterguard board of directors has made the decision to not field a guard for the 2015 season. The decision for future years will be made at an appropriate time next year.

We would like to thank the performers, volunteer teaching staff, volunteer administrative staff, volunteer support staff and the fans for their energy and involvement over the last four years. We are all absolutely certain that we are all better people because of the collective efforts.

Summit & WGI Prelims - 80.22

Summit Winterguard stopping on the way to the WGI Union City regional. It seemed appropriate to have a Kodak picture moment at one of the beautiful summits on the Cascade mountain range....

Summit Winterguard will be leaving Friday morning to perform and compete at the WGI Union City Regional at James Logan High School in Union City, CA....(a small 650 mile one-way road trip). This is the first of three events that conclude the 2014 winter guard season. After the Union City Regional Summit will be performing at the Evergreen High School Friends and Family night on Friday, March 28. The NWAPA Championships follow on Saturday, March 29 at Liberty High School. And then we fly out on Tuesday, April 1 for the WGI Championhips in Dayton, OH! We are ready!
