I am currently taking new clients and am looking to expand the conversation on what Spiritual Direction can look like. It is found in every religious practice.

Spiritual Direction is the ancient art of listening. Across the timeline of history listening to people who are stuck, frustrated, deconstructing, rebuilding and/or needing a place to be heard without judgment has been a human and still is a human need. My desire is to create a safe unhurried space where therapeutic listening happens. I look at Spiritual Direction as a "permission giving" of sorts

Midsummer is here a time to celebrate Summer Solstice the longest day and the shortest night of the year, starting on June 21st and marking the suns decline in the sky.

This is a powerful combination of the sun at its zenith - fire, dreams, life and magic bursting out not only from the soil, bees, and animal babies but inside you as well.
Consider ways to nurture and grow what is within you already; maybe a dream is coming alive again (breathe on that flame), maybe you’ve given all you have to the needs and desires of others (family, children, a partner, friends) and it is time give fuel to the fire within you, maybe you haven’t dared to dream and the time is ripe to take a dreaming risk and see where that flame leads you.

You might also consider working with a goddess (from where your ancestors came from) Juno (June) the Roman goddess motherhood and childbirth, Vesta the goddess of the hearth (Vestalia was celebrated by the Romans at Summer solstice), Baba Yaga (slavic goddess) calling in your wild spirit, or the goddess I’m bringing into my practice Elen of the Ways a Celtic Pagan goddess of wild, sacred paths and journeys.

We are a part of these cycles of ebbing and flowing, birth and death, scarcity and plenty, we are a part of the rhythms of life on this planet and the more we can engage in these seasonal movements the more we see, the more we feel, the more we know our unique part in the fabric of our world.

Curious where you fit or could fit into my archery experiences? You fit!
Archery is an opportunity to get things moving out of your body and putting them where they belong on the TARGET! It’s not about pretending not to feel-it’s about letting yourself feel what needs feeling and getting some relief even if just for a moment on the range!
Just listen to tell you what happens 🏹
You don’t ever have to have picked up a bow to join the fun!
My sweet spot is beginners and novices.
Come on out LA, SF, and PDX ALWAYS.
I’m in LA 5/22-26 space still available
SF 5/29-31 space still available

Look at this absolute badass ! I’ve had the pleasure of teaching Kati in Portland and last November teaching her, her friend, and family in LA.
Watching people grow in confidence as they step into the unknown, trust me, and themselves, and learn something new while stepping into more power is an absolute JOY for me.

Archery is for every-body!!!

It’s official I’m returning to Los Angeles at the end of May, and I’ll be offering my Meditative and Mindful Archery workshops again.

For those of you who have been asking, waiting, or quietly hoping I’d make my way back (or if we would fill those 10 spots to get me there, well we have!) this is your moment. I’m so excited to gather with you.

Workshops will be held May 22–26 from 10am–12pm, with each group intentionally capped at 8 people to keep the space intimate, focused, and supportive. If sessions fill, I’m open to adding additional time slots.

If you’re part of a team, friend group, family, or community that would like to attend together and have more than 8 people, I’m happy to accommodate please just reach out and we can arrange a private or expanded session.

These workshops are an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and experience archery as a meditative, grounding practice. Whether you’re brand new or returning, there’s space for you here.

If you feel the pull, I’d love to have you join us.

Book Here

If you know anyone that could use this empowering experience please share my information or buy them a spot.

Have questions? Reach out to me with any and all of them.

Can’t wait to be with all of you!

Love,

Angie

We made the 10-person goal, and I’m so grateful this workshop is happening. There’s still room, and if you’ve been wanting to join, this is the moment (if you like a discount) if you aren’t worried there is plenty of room.

I’m offering workshops on:

Friday the 22nd, 10 am–12 pm

Saturday the 23rd, 10 am–12 pm

Sunday the 24th, 10 am–12 pm

Monday the 25th, 10 am–12 pm (Almost Full)

Tuesday the 26th, 10 am–12 pm (Only a few spots left)

If there’s more interest, I’ll add more times and dates. I’m keeping things flexible so we can make this work for as many people as possible.
