We are creating a space for you to connect with all the different parts of yourself, along with connecting to the land, community, and our current Spring season.

During every forest therapy walk, we thank the land and the Original People who were and are stewards of the land. Native people still live and make their homes in Portland, Oregon as well as all over what is now the United States. I know and understand that I benefit from their sacrifices.

Feeling gratitude for the people who showed up on Saturday. They were open to vulnerability, connection, and deep listening.

Is your family ready for a forest adventure together? Please join me and Dez from for Family Forest Pop-Up on October 7 at Columbia Children’s Arboretum.
The adults will go on a 2-hour forest bathing walk with me, and children will enjoy forest exploration with Dez! Then we’ll all meet together and create art in nature.

I’m still reverberating from and reflecting on the Fall Equinox retreat we hosted on Saturday. It was a beautiful opportunity to sink into presence, practice in community, and connect with the land. Thank you for collaborating with me on this labor of love.

The day flowed alongside the Sandy River, with spaciousness and an intuitive quality. Together we said good-bye to the Summer Season and welcomed Autumn. We poured our intentions for the day into one piece of nature. One participant noticed how everything is contained within the river: life, death, decay. This is the case in so many aspects of our lives.

Thank you to all of you who participated, and thank you to the Sandy River and the old growth forest that held us for the day.

How do you want to feel during this upcoming Fall season? Nourished, alive, aligned with what is most important to you? Connect with yourself, deepen your relationship with the natural world, and feel supported by community during our one-day retreat.
We will provide a hearty, plant-based lunch and offer practices centered around meditation, forest bathing, and embodied movement. Refresh and replenish surrounded by the trees, plants, and river. Please join us!
