Resource Center for Students with Children (Formerly known as Student Parent Services) The RCSC also hosts family events periodically throughout each term.

The Resource Center for Students with Children (RCSC) provides support to students navigating through college life and juggling family responsibilities. Our friendly office staff is knowledgeagable about the heightened demands of the student with children and provides information about resources both on-campus and within the community to students. It’s (almost) tiiiime! ✨ We are so excited to once again host our annual Family Friendly Commencement! This special event celebrates the accomplishments of students who had triumphed in pursuing their degrees while raising children.

This is not your regular commencement! Our celebration includes less time sitting in chairs and more time on your feet dancing, checking out fun activities, bowling, and more! Children of all ages and friends and family are welcome to join! We hope to see you there πŸ˜ŽπŸŽ‰πŸŽ“

Learn about human and social services with the Basic Needs Hub, the DREAMer Resource Center, Q***r Resource Center, Women's Resource Center, and Services for Students with Children on April 16th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

This event will be taking place in the Sky Bridge between Cramer Hall and the Smith Student Union building.

Have questions about how you can be approved for SNAP or OHP? Want to learn about immigration or youth services? Stop by and get to know PSU's incredible staff who work hard to create community support.

Starting tomorrow at 9:30 a.m., Bring Your Kid to Campus Day is the Spring event we've been looking forward to for months! Departments all over campus will join us in providing activities for you and your young ones.

The Veteran's Resource Center, Q***r Resource Center, Center for Entrepreneurship, Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art, Helen Gordan Child Development Center, Computer Action Team, SHAC, the Chemistry department, and many more will be waiting to tinker, create, tour, play, and snack throughout the day across campus.

Do you want to connect with other parents on campus? Does your kiddo enjoy playing with other children? Join SSWC as we host a casual parent/child-friendly play space. Open to students, faculty, and staff. Light refreshments and snacks are provided!

On December 4, several resource centers will be coming together to help Winterize Your Wardrobe! Stop by for scarfs, hats, gloves, and other warm clothes (kids sizes included). We'll also provide snacks and the first twenty people will receive a canvas tote to hold their new belongings.

Meet us in the Skybridge between Cramer and Smith outside suite 482 at the Dreamers Resource Center. Donation are welcome up until the 3rd. See you there!

Stop by the Vernier Science Center on the northeast corner of the first floor for today's event! The family lounge there will hold space for our community meet-up from 3:00-4:00 p.m.

Want to meet other student parents and caregivers? The Resource Center for Students with Children is hosting a community social for families to meet other families!
Activities, toys, and snacks will be provided. Children are welcome!
