Rose City Guitar Company is proud to be part of the Kernside neighborhood, and we’re excited to bring Bloom Out Loud back to Portland on June 28th at Rossi Farms!

Bloom Out Loud is our annual summer student concert featuring live performances from our students, local vendors, community connection, and a celebration of creativity through music. What started as a student concert has grown into a community event that regularly brings together more than 100 attendees from across Portland.

As we continue growing Bloom Out Loud, we’re looking to connect with fellow Kernside, Kerns, and Portland-area businesses that want to support local arts, education, and community-building. We’re currently seeking:

• Community partners and event sponsors
• Raffle prize donations
• Local vendors
• Businesses interested in collaborating

Our goal is to create meaningful performance opportunities for students while building an event that celebrates the incredible small businesses, artists, and organizations that make Portland special.

This June at Rose City Guitar, you can learn anything from double stop riffs in Keith Richard’s Open G tuning, playing in mixed meter with Death, using triad inversions, combining bass lines and strumming and so much more including our first batch of Kid’s Summer Camps! Classes are capped at 5 people each, cycle starts Monday, June 1 with flexible online scheduling for members. If you’re not currently a student but interested in joining next month you have 11 days to contact us and get set up before the June cycle begins 🤘
