Winter Survival Guide: getting ... with Camembert.

Today, we opted to balance the heavy mushroom, umami-butter + earthy flavors of the Camembert with the most luxurious Winter Black Truffle Honey from , crushed Sweet+Salty Hazelnuts from + a few fresh thyme sprigs.

*Paired Wine: Cab Sauv

*Recommended Strain Pairing: Blue Hog’s Breath, XJ13, Dogwalker OG, + Pineapple Tonic.

Bourbon weather cocktail hour at the Dank Pair Lair! 🥳👏 made us a Gold Rush cocktail (bourbon, ginger liquere, lemon juice.. floated with lemon Perrier or Ginger-carrot kombucha!). We enjoyed it with an absolute showstopper chèvre called Capriole O’Banon, which comes wrapped in Kentucky Reserve-soaked chestnut leaves. 😍👑 This chèvre is fluffy, bright, and complex. It’s perfectly complimented when served with a thin, traditional Swedish ginger crisp. To guild the lemon-ginger lily, we went with Lemon OG as our strain of choice. It’s skunky, but charmingly so given it’s uplifting lemon flavor and smell. We think this is one pairing that won’t leave anyone out in the cold! 🥃🍋🍁
