Hey all...

The time has come to hang the hat. I was given a doctors orders to stop teaching for awhile. My knee caps are shifting around, something that if not remedied can cause arthritis and cartilage deteriorating. I am starting physical therapy soon and will need some time to heal.

It has been a journey and I am so grateful! Thanks to Jahnea and Melinda at BEATS Studio's 360 for starting me on this journey. Thank you Colleen, Holli, Patria, Devon, and many more at West Coast Fitness for the support after COVID teaching. Thank you to every single one of you for attending a class of mine.

This may be "until next time", but we shall see. More will be revealed.

Hey guys!

First off, I want to thank you all for the long time support of my Zumba Career! I cannot thank you enough!

Wanted to make a life report. I took some recent time off in the month of September. I have lost over 35 pounds thanks to the program of overeaters anonymous, and my body just needed a break! Getting used to the new weight has been a challenge, but a good one. Also, I took on some new job responsibilities and the work/life balance was hard for a bit.

But now I am back! We have some good classes coming up, so stay tuned and make sure to follow my Zumba with Kels page!
