We are SO EXCITED to share with you that in addition to our brand new studio-style floor and mirrors, we’ll also be adding new class styles + some new and familiar faces teaching new classes (how many times can we say NEW).

We’re rounding out our modalities to include dance and more yoga to give you even more options to move.

I'm so thankful for the opportunity to have taught at so that our lives could cross paths. So that we could dance, laugh, sweat, and, of course, shake our booties together 🍑

Led and directed by Evie Graham, and co-captained by Nicki Taylor and Kati VanLoo, the talented cast of Afterglow will be electrifying the room in front of you, behind you, and practically on top of you.

Werk It Fit with Dani Jo  7:30-8:30pm
Vega Pajama Jam Social: Starts 8:30 - 10:30pm. Wear your fave holiday jammies, eat snacks, dance under the disco lights, and enjoy the JOY!

Come Spread the Cheer with us for a 60-minute heart pumping fundraising class followed by a holiday pajamas party, to raise proceeds for the nonprofit Boys & Girls Aid] and its focus on helping children in Oregon’s foster care system.

Your donations & support help aid children growing up in foster care by giving them more opportunities to find a forever family and returning stability to their lives. You can make a positive impact in the life of a child in foster care by making an investment in Boys & Girls Aid. So, let’s pack the house!
