This one's a long overdue congratulations to our One Taekwondo Academy North Portland blue belt student for winning first place in sparring at the Washington State Governor's Cup Taekwondo Championship. Congratulations as well to our blue belt student for getting second place and our brown stripe student for getting third place in sparring.

Taekwondo is a discipline that uses mind, body and spirit and our students get the best practice of strategies and techniques by training 3 times per week. Championships put these skills to the test and at the end of each one, the student takes away important lessons from their opponent.

Congratulations to our brown stripe student for winning first place in sparring in the US World Open and PARA Taekwondo Championships. Way to go!
