Dear Early Learning and Care Professional, September 1, 2026
As the Workforce Recognition Program (WRP) prepares to conclude at the end of 2026, OCCD is sharing the
following important deadlines for the remaining 2026 awards.
To allow sufficient time to process all remaining applications and payments before the program ends:
 October 1, 2026: Application period closes
 November 1, 2026: Final day to submit PaymentWorks
If you are planning to apply for the 2026 WRP award, we encourage you to submit your application as soon as
possible and register on PaymentWorks promptly to ensure you meet these deadlines.
Thank you for your participation in the Workforce Recognition Program and your continued contributions to
Oregon’s early childhood workforce. We appreciate the work you do every day to support children, families,
and communities across Oregon.

A medida que el Programa de Reconocimiento de la Fuerza Laboral se prepara para clausurar a finales de
2026, el OCCD quiere compartir los plazos para las asignaciones restantes de 2026.
Con el fin de tener el tiempo suficiente para procesar las solicitudes y los pagos restantes antes de que el
programa termine:
 El 1.° de octubre de 2026 se cierra el período de solicitudes
 El 1.º de noviembre de 2026 es el último día para enviar la información de PaymentWorks
