Still soaking in all the joy, love, and power of this past weekend at the Portland Pride parade and festival…
Being in community with so many beautiful, radiant souls was beyond fulfilling. The energy was electric — laughter, music, tears, hugs, bold expression, quiet strength, and an overwhelming sense of belonging.
Pride isn’t just a celebration — it’s a powerful reminder that authenticity is a form of resistance, and community is a source of healing.
To everyone who showed up as their full selves, and to those who are still finding their way — I see you, I honor you, and I’m walking beside you.
This weekend reminded me that when we come together, we rise together. And that is something worth showing up for, again and again.

Yesterday, we packed up with no real plan—just a deep pull to get to the ocean. I had no idea which beach we were heading to, but in a last-minute decision, I asked to drive toward Manzanita. I just knew I needed to feel the sand, the salt, and the space to breathe.
The beach has always been where I recharge. It’s where I let my mind wander, where I dream freely, and where inspiration rushes in like the waves. But this trip to the beach gave me even more than I expected!
I met Patti from —a bright, visionary spirit whose work blends creativity with deep, intuitive clarity. She took me on a spontaneous visual journey that helped me see parts of myself and my vision more clearly. Her process isn’t just art—it’s soul mapping. A guided reminder that everything we need is already within us… we just have to trust it enough to put it on paper.
Afterward, I stayed at the beach for hours—journaling, reflecting, brainstorming, and even napping under the sun. Letting it all settle in. My Oracle card pull later that day perfectly aligned with what came through during my visioning with Patti. It felt like a confirmation from the universe that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.
I’m leaving this day with so much gratitude—for the magic of following a gut feeling, for unexpected connections, and for the creative souls who help others find their way back to themselves.
Feeling inspired, aligned, and deeply thankful.

This morning’s walk was supposed to be just a walk — but the universe had other plans for us.
We kept stumbling across little quotes: “You are enough,” “Think positive,” “Believe in yourself.” At first, we smiled. By the third or fourth one, I realized: wow, I didn’t know I needed this today, but the universe sure did. And it really showed up for me.
Positive quotes and affirmations might seem simple, even cheesy sometimes — but they can shift your whole mindset. They remind us of our worth, our resilience, and the good that’s still possible. Little nudges that help us break out of negative loops and open up to a more positive outlook.
Today I’m grateful for the unexpected reminders.
You never know when a small moment will lift you, realign you, or whisper the words your soul has been waiting to hear.

Standing amidst the breathtaking Painted Hills, my mind wandered, contemplating the significance of transforming thoughts into action. Taking that leap, regardless of its size, opens doors to new perspectives, directing us on the path ahead.
Yet, we often encounter barriers that stall our progress. Doubt, uncertainty, and even comfort zones can impede us from taking action. Here are some tips to overcome these hurdles and embark on our journeys with renewed vigor:
1️⃣ Embrace self-belief: Believe in your abilities and trust that you have what it takes to succeed. Replace doubt with self-assurance.
2️⃣ Embrace uncertainty: Life's adventures lie in the unknown. Embrace the uncertainties, knowing that they lead to growth and learning.
3️⃣ Break it down: Big goals can feel overwhelming. Break them into smaller, achievable steps to make progress more manageable.
4️⃣ Seek support: Surround yourself with positive and encouraging individuals who uplift and motivate you along the way.

Yesterday marked an incredible milestone in my journey, and I couldn't be more excited!
As I bid farewell to my former job, I realized the immense significance of honoring our achievements and embracing change for the sake of our own happiness.
To commemorate this pivotal moment, Jake and I attended an unforgettable experience: The Best of Hans Zimmer candlelight concert. Words simply cannot express the profound emotional depth and immersion I felt throughout the evening.
The intimate ambiance, illuminated solely by the gentle glow of candles, created an enchanting atmosphere that allowed me to reflect on my journey and celebrate the incredible growth I've achieved.
Hans Zimmer's awe-inspiring melodies resonated deep within my soul, evoking a powerful range of emotions. From the spine-tingling crescendos to the delicate harmonies, each note gave me chills as I reflected on my personal triumphs and aspirations.
In this moment, surrounded by fellow music enthusiasts, I realized the importance of honoring our accomplishments and nurturing our happiness. Life is a symphony, and we must take the time to appreciate every beautiful movement.

Today marks a significant milestone in my life as I bid farewell to my former job. Quitting something that no longer served me feels incredibly liberating! The toxicity had dimmed my light, and it was time to break free and rediscover my full potential.
It's remarkable how easy it is to become stagnant when we stay in situations that drain our energy and hinder our growth. But being brave enough to step out of that comfort zone is where true transformation begins.
Now, I'm open to new adventures and endless possibilities. With this exciting transition, I can already feel my light burning brighter and my enthusiasm rekindled.
Change can be scary, but it's also a gateway to amazing opportunities. It's vital to embrace it, welcome the unknown, and let the universe guide us towards the path meant for us.
