We’ll be learning why Power Animals are SO cool, and how to shamanic journey to get clear, specific messages from the animal that has been with us since Day 1.

Is your child fascinated with animals? 🦁🐢🦀

It is amazing for kids to learn that animals have spirits too, because many kids know this intuitively already.

And to know that the animals we love are loving us back as well is a very special thing indeed. 🐋

The guided meditation to meet our Inner Critic and Inner Champion is one of my ✨ all-time fav ✨ Spirit Camp activities (can’t wait to share it tomorrow!)

It feels so refreshing to be given permission to put a name and a face to the voices in our heads that beat us down, or lift our hearts up high.

Its so valuable to learn at a young age that our Inner Critic doesn’t define us. And that we can work with these voices to bring us to a state of confidence 🎊

All of our offerings are ideal for ages 5-12, but 4 yr olds are OK with a parent at our Chakra Shenanigans workshop ✨

✨At every Merry Mystics camp and workshop, our goal is to nurture the Divine light and wisdom within every child.

🌊 This can be awakening Knowledge that already lies within.

🌊 Or offering tools and ideas that allow children to channel love for themselves, love for others, and love for the Earth, even in times of fear and struggle.

🌊Or demonstrating how to supercharge their creativity with meditation

🌊 Or teaching how to use the sacred healing arts for the highest good of themselves and others.

🌊 Or giving them that extra confidence to trust their inner voice at a pivotal moment. Or to speak from the heart when it really matters.

ABOUT THE CHAKRAS:

Why do we teach chakras for kids?

Our energy centers can have blocks, which stem from how our intelligent body responds to situations in our life to protect us.

When we feel blocked, we generally don’t feel as vibrant as we know we can be. We can feel a variety of emotions depending on the area, and we can feel tight, or even injured and sick.

When we return these energy centers to their fully function, WOW! Often we can feel release, calm, joy, and a sense of safety.

The chakras provide a helpful blueprint for understanding where our energy is flowing - or not flowing- in different areas or our lives.

When kids can check the health of their chakras, they can bring themselves into equilibrium and stop constricting patterns from developing.

They also have a powerful tool for making informed choices on how to protect their energy so they can thrive no matter what life throws at them 💥
