Evacuation check list : Personally I wished I had this list 2 years ago, I for got so much. We always have a go bag ready to go now. we never know when it will stick, fire doesn't have a time line I Love this list it has a time line as to what to stick in the car hour by hour. You are already stressed as it is. SAFE THIS POST FOR LATER. Always remember to take Photos and inventory of your items when you first get your Home owners Policy or Renters insurance Policy it saves having to worry about it before you leave your home in an evacuation situation.

Seven Tips for Protecting Your home this Fire season. Yes I said It! Fire season has started already. Even if nothing is burning in the pacific north west at the moment. Its good to be prepared for it if it happens in your area. Stay Safe out there people be prepared. You never know what's going to happen it this world any more. Here is some good reminders. as you know farmers insurance has Seen it Heard it and Covered it!
Why is it not Mandatory to have Life Insurance? This is what you have to hear to understand the meaning of why we need life insurance. Where are your priority's? Can you come up with the money to pay for Starbucks But not life insurance? Do you want do do what wealthy people Are doing? Pass on generational wealth to your family.

The longer you wait to buy life insurance the more you might have to pay for it. Some one at age 25 has a lower premium than say some one at age 45. Given that they would be in some what good health. Its best to purchase life insurance at a younger age You have an opportunity to grow compound interest tax deferred. Think of life insurance as more of an investment in your future when your younger. You can still get life insurance at age 45 just might be paying a much higher Premium for that life insurance.
