So what if class was canceled all week that just means you have to go harder today to make up for it 😉😏

Regular participation in cardio drumming can improve cardiovascular health, lower blood pressure, reduce stress and anxiety, increase strength and endurance, strengthen the immune system, and improve coordination.

We provide the bucket, ball and sticks. You bring some water, and a towel if you want and your ENERGY!!
