The last few weeks have been packed with fun events and our hearts are so full!

Graduations and ceremonies, basketball awards, a talent show, a dance recital, and even a surprise party for Mrs. Conza!

To our students: we are so proud of the progress you’ve made, the challenges you’ve overcome, and the friendships you’ve built this year. Enjoy your well-earned summer break! ☀️

Big news for our Morning Star Family...

After a legendary career, Mrs. Conza has announced that she will retire at the end of this school year.

Mrs. Conza began teaching at Morning Star in 1998 and has led Morning Star as principal for the last 15 years.

She has walked Morning Star through many seasons and additions, most notably adding our high school program, our sensory room, and our adult transition program.

There is no doubt that Morning Star is what it is today because of Mrs. Conza’s work. Her impact to our school is profound and, while we will miss her dearly, we pray she enjoys every single moment of this next well-deserved chapter!

Today our school gathered for a special Mass to celebrate our students who received their First Holy Communion and the Sacrament of Confirmation.

There's something so beautiful about our students taking these big steps in their faith journey. We are so proud of their commitment and their growing hearts!

Days like today are the sweetest reminders of why Morning Star exists - Rooted in the Gospel, strengthened by the Sacraments.

Gaga ball, basketball, board games, and SO much laughter!

Our middle schoolers who participate in Best Buddies had a blast with friends from Espiritu Santo Catholic School this morning.

It’s hard to believe this was our final meetup of the school year. Until next year!

Room 1 combined research, literacy, and art for their Saint Biography Project!

The class created cereal boxes to showcase what they learned about a chosen saint. Students had to find facts, use descriptive words, illustrate the cover of the box, and present their “nourishing” findings to the class.
